So many projects, so little time. Let's be honest, everyone's busy.

I've included topics and work samples which I think demonstrate breadth of experience and useful skills. I've added a couple of things just because I love them. There are more.

My working life has had three main stages:

Pre-digital – working as a copywriter and then creative director for ad and design agencies.

Digital – working as a writer and content director for digital agencies.

Freelance/contract – frequently, my clients are communications and design agencies. Freelancing has given me the flexibility to raise a family, care for an elderly relative, found a Free School, be a school governor, part of a local museum management committee, author of local history books, among other things.
